For the employees of the Federal Institute for Development Programming, a presentation of the application for EU grant funds was organized in mid-September. The presentation was is organized as an activity of the Project for Human Resourse Developement HRD, funded by the European Union. It was held in the premises of the Federal Institute, and was carried out by Marijana Galić, Expert Advisor in the Institute.
The HRD's goal is to strengthen capacities and increase labor market efficiency through development of institutional lifelong learning concept, based on relevant statistical data, to contribute to the overall society development and to promote economic and social cohesion.
The employees are educated about the process of preparing the grant application in accordance with the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for the European Commission External Actions PRAG (PRAG), ie how to manage projects, how to plan projects and prepare applications for grant in accordance with the requirements of the EU Grant Funds.
The basic principles of project preparation, selection criteria, partnerships, project cycle management, needed documentation and application (within the IPA Funds) were presented, as well as the definition of project objectives, results and definition of project activities, along with the activity plan preparation, methodology, project sustainability and project risk assessment, budget preparation, logframe matrix, information on the organization - applicant and project evaluation.
