The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO) organized a course on „Decent Work for Youth“, which was held in Turin (Italy) from 29 June to 10 July 2015.

This training was attended by representatives of governmental organizations, employers' unions and union associations from countries of Africa, Asia, South America, and from Europe there were representatives of BiH and Serbia, including from the Federal Development Planning Institution.

The goal of this course is to create conditions for the development of the capacity of the International Labour Organisation member countries to be able to adequately deal with the multidimensional problems and challenges in youth employment. In fact, the goal is to gain knowledge of how to apply the concepts and information on the analysis of the labour market for youth, identify approaches and strategies to integrate youth employment into development frameworks and employment policy, become familiar with the tools that would support actions related to youth employment through the development of action plans and/or programs for youth employment, and to understand the intra-institutional coordination mechanisms for policy development and youth employment programs.
