On 21 and 22 September, the first of three modules of Project Cycle Management (PCM) was held, organized by the Integrated Local Development Project, with a view to strengthening the capacity of cantonal governments and institutions dealing with development planning in order to acquire knowledge and skills in all phases of the project cycle. In addition to this module (two-day workshop), it is planned to hold two more modules in October and November 2016.

The training is directed towards the effective implementation of the cantonal development strategies through the design of specific projects that are defined by development strategies with a focus on practical work and project ideas elaboration.

At the end of the third module some of the best proposals will be chosen, which will be further developed through mentoring, so that they will be ready to apply for the IPA II funds.
