June 15 and 16, 2017, Second Module of the Training of representatives of Federation BiH ministries was held in Sarajevo. The module is related to the analysis of the internal and external environment of the ministries. The trainers presented the theoretical and practical application of analytical tools such as SWOT analysis (combined with PESTLE) as well as the TOWS matrix -a very good tool for definition of strategic focus and options. In the coming period, following to this training, the ministerial meetings will be held in order to do detailed analysis of the internal and external environment.
