Cantonal officers who participated the workshop are delegated by the governments of all the cantons since they are engaged in strategic planning. At the workshop a situational analysis of the strategic planning at cantonal level that was carried out by the ILDP Expert Team and the Federal Institute for Programming Development was presented, and a methodological framework for creation of cantonal development strategies was proposed. At the end of the workshop, the participants agreed on the framework for further creation of methodology for developing strategies at lower levels of government in FBiH.
