Training was held by Marko Glažar, representative of IMAD Slovenia; the moderator was Nijaz Avdukić, Deputy Director of FZZPR.
Presenting the statistical indicators used in Slovenia for the Development Report, Glažar explained a methodology for GDP projection, the calculation of total factor productivity and the natural unemployment rate.
During the workshop, a basis for the calculation of the synthetic indicators related to the development of Federation BiH, was prepared. As a basis for calculation of the development index of the FBiH municipalities, used was a statistical method for results’ standardization, ie converting to z-values. The analysis methodology provides an overview of the FBiH development based on the average of five municipal socio-economic indicators.
