The training of trainers program in drafting of strategic documents in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) is completed today, with the third group of participants.
The webinar has been attended by a total of 60 trainers and consultants, as well as practitioners from the FBiH administration. In all groups, participants were active and expressed satisfaction with the organized training, in terms of approach, materials and trainers, as well as the organization of webinars.
Goal of the program was to prepare a new generation of trainers and consultants, who would, in accordance with the new regulatory and methodological framework for strategic documents drafting in FBiH, provide coaching and consulting services to federal and cantonal administrations and local governments.
Support for the training realization was provided by the Integrated Local Development Project (ILDP) and the Project for Support of Preparation for Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in BiH, in cooperation with the FBiH Civil Service Agency and the Federal Institute for Development Programming.
